These providers may process limited technical data (such as IP address) as necessary to deliver their services, under their own privacy policies.

Submitting the contact form, or otherwise communicating with us through this website, does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information until an attorney-client relationship has been formally established in writing.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain the content of contact form messages for up to twelve months. We may retain your name, contact information, and a brief description of the matter longer, in our client relationship management system, so that we can check for conflicts of interest as required by professional responsibility rules. If you opt in to updates, we keep your email address on our mailing list until you unsubscribe.

This site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
